Cut out rest between sets.Work your abs every other day to failure , adding in advanced moves just to mix up a little .Get away from the Boring regular crunches at the gym 6 , 7 , 8 ... THIS IS NOT FOR YOU .Challenge !!!! That's the word to keep in mind.
