Muscle Milkshakes

If you are an athlete or train like one Protein shakes aren't just an option for your diet , they are an assential component.They provide a quick easy to prepare meal that you can any time anywhere.They are packed with muscle building protein ( and much more nutrients as well depending on what product you choose ) And they are specially advantageous before and after workouts , when your body needs those nutrients fast.A protein shake if I can say that , is after taking day after day , can get boring in a hurry.With that in mind , I'm giving you something to try ;)

Good Morning Muscle                                            


1/2 cup of orange juice                                          
1 cup unsweetened soy milk 
1/2 cup acai juice  
1 scoop of vamila protein

Blueberry Power
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop of vamila whey protein powder
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 scoop of vanila whey  protein powder
