Are you obsessing about your abs ??? If so ok calm down you are normal , I am too. So let me share a secret with you , cut your rest you'll rest a lot when you die. Cut out rest between sets.Work your abs every other day to failure , adding in advanced moves just to mix up a little .Get away from the Boring regular crunches at the gym 6 , 7 , 8 ... THIS IS NOT FOR YOU .Challenge !!!! That's the word to keep in mind.
